Here at Mountain High Cycles we endeavour to provide you, the customer with the best personal service when you make a purchase ensuring it is the right product for you.

We strive to build a personal relationship with everyone who walks through the door and have always believed that the only way to achieve your total satisfaction is personal contact either a visit to the shop or by telephone where we can discuss your order in more detail, clarifying all the details such as size of bike including model and specifications, any customisation required plus compatibility and suitability of components and accessories.

We accept major credit cards,
A deposit may be required to hold goods or in the case of special orders and customisations.


On receipt of full payment your goods will be despatched by courier where a signature may be required on delivery.

Delivery is not available on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Postage and Packaging Charges (UK Mainland) 

Carriage costs will be advised prior to confirming your order.


If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days from receiving your goods for a replacement or refund (Not applicable to specially ordered in goods or goods that have been customised).

Before returning goods please contact us by email or telephone. You will then be given a reference which must be enclosed with the returned goods.

Returned goods can only be accepted unused and in perfect condition.

Mountain High Cycles reserves the right to alter prices. Any alterations in prices will be advised to you before confirming your order.
